Many people take a week or more to get used to the new schedule after losing an hour. By maintaining a sleep schedule to getting a custom mattress, there are ways you can help your body adjust to the new routine and return to a perfect sleep.

Maintain a Schedule

Sticking to a schedule for going to bed and waking up helps you sleep better throughout the year and adjust more quickly to the time change. This includes not sleeping in on the weekends, which can throw off your circadian rhythms.

Get Enough Sleep
